TransWEB Setup Guide

Below are the step-by-step instructions to set up TransWEB on the TransACT VDSL network.

If you experience any problems, please contact Grapevine Technical Support on 133 500 (option 3)

1)	Double click on the TransWEB icon on your desktop.
2)	This will bring up the following window.
3)	Click on Tools and select Connection settings.
4)	Enter in the following details: Service name is Grapevine Your username is your full Grapevine email address. Tick the boxes as you would like, then click OK.
5)	Click the Connect button and you should see a prompt like the one below.
6)	If you receive the follow dialog box, click Yes.
5)	Once you see this screen, you are now connected to Grapevine and you can simply minimise the TransWEB software and begin using your connection.
