Microsoft Entourage : mac 2008 setup guide

Below are the step-by-step instructions to set up Microsoft Entourage : Mac 2008 on Grapevine.

If you experience any problems, please contact Grapevine Technical Support on 13 35 00 (option 3)

1)	Launch Entourage Application.
2)	Click on Tools and Accounts...
3)	Click on New and then select Mail...
4)	Select the Account type of POP then click OK.
5)	Account Name: Your Grapevine email address. Name: Your Full Name. E-mail address: Your Grapevine email address. Account ID:Your Grapevine email address. In the POP3 Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) pop3.grapevine.com.au. Password: Your Grapevine email address password. Optional: You may tick "Save password in my Mac OS keychain" so you do not need to re-enter your password when checking mail. In the SMTP Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) smtp.grapevine.com.au. Click OK. Note: If you are checking your email from a connection other than Grapevine, you will have to continue steps 6 onwards.
6)	Note: The following steps are only required for users checking email from a connection other than Grapevine. In the previous step, instead of clicking "OK", click on the "Click here for advanced sending options" Tick "SMTP server requires authentication and select "Use same settings as receiving mail server". Click the square icon in the top left corner to close.
7)	Click OK.
8)	Click on the Send/Receive button to check and download any emails.
