Setting up Outlook 2000/2003
Below are the step-by-step instructions to set up Outlook 2000/2003 for Grapevine.

Load Microsoft Outlook (Start > Programs > Outlook).

Click on Tools > E-Mail Accounts.

Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

Select POP3 and click Next.

- In User Information, enter your name and your Grapevine email address.
- In Login Information, ensure the User Name is your full Grapevine email address and enter in your password.
- In the Incoming Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) pop3.grapevine.com.au.
- In the Outgoing Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) smtp.grapevine.com.au.
- Click Next.
