The low charge would apply regardless of where the customer resides (for example in an extended charging zone or standard charging zone). However, we recommend that you confirm with your phone service provider that you will be charged at a local call rate for using the 0198 service. Telstra customers can call 1800 113 011 to confirm call rates. Customers using other phone service providers should check with the provider directly. Grapevine makes no guarantee that an internet service number will be charged at local call rates. (0198 numbers are a new national number system introduced by Telstra. These numbers were part of the old analogue mobile network which has now been phased out.)

Building your site	Learn how to write in HyperText Markup Language (HTML). To do this you need a text editor such as Notepad (included with all versions of Windows. You can get it by clicking Start, then Programs, then Accessories. Use an HTML editor. These work very much like word processors or desktop publishing packages. They are very good for beginners, but you don't have quite as much control over how the page appears - a good example is Microsoft Frontpage.
Uploading to your site	Once you’ve built your website, you need to upload it to your web space. Some HTML editors will do this automatically for you. Alternatively you use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client.
