Account Manager

Below is an outline of how to use the Account Manager on the Grapevine website.

If you experience any problems, please contact Grapevine Technical Support on 133 500 (option 3)

1.   Log into Account Manager. Ensure that you use the first part of your email address in the username field -not your full email address. Then click on Login

2.   Once you login, you should see a similar screen with your details

 

3.   Click on the username you wish the password for on the right hand side

4.   Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on the Edit button

 .

 

This page lists all details for the user selected. This page also allows you to change the password for the user's account.

Password changes will affect email logins as well as connection logins for the same username.

 

5.   Once any changes have been made, click on the OK button on the bottom.
