Trouble Logging In?

If you are still having issues trying to log into Web Mail or Account Manager, please try the following steps:

 

1. Check the Username Make sure your username is the first part of your email address.

eg: if your email address is family@grapevine.com.au, your username is family

2. Make sure Cookies are Enabled In Internet Explorer, this setting is found under the "Tools" menu, and in "Internet Options". 
- Under the "Security" tab, click on "custom" and make sure cookies are not disabled. 
- You can also try removing temporary internet files & cookies. This can be done under the "General" tab.
- To delete temporary files in IE 5 and 6, press the "Delete Files" button, tick "Delete all offline content", then click "OK".
- To delete cookies in IE 5, click the "Settings" button, then click the "View Files" button. 

- Click "Edit" then "Select All", then press <Delete> (or <Del>) on your keyboard. 
- Click 'Yes" to confirm, then click OK.
- To delete cookies in IE 6, Click the "Delete Cookies" button, then click "OK".

If you are using Internet Explorer 6 and this does not resolve this problem, please try setting the Privacy to always allow cookies from "grapevine.com.au" and "actewagl.net.au" (without the quotes).
To do this, please try the following:
- Open Internet Explorer
- click "Tools", then "Internet Options"
- click "Privacy"
- click the "Sites" or "Edit" button (whichever is showing)
- type "actewagl.net.au" (without the quotes) in the "Address of site" field, then click "Allow"
- click "OK", then "OK" again
Try to log in again

3. Password Reset If you cannot remember your password, please call Grapevine Technical Support on 133 500 (opt 3) to reset your password.  (Please note we are required to speak to the account holder to reset the password)
