Maximum peak download limit/month* 5.5GB
Overrun fees apply for excess downloads during peak times, between 5GB and 5.5GB in any one billing period‡.
Peak times are from 7.00am to midnight daily.
Overrun cost/MB‡
9¢/MB overrun fee applies for excess peak downloads between 5GB and 5.5GB in any one billing period‡.

Once maximum peak download limit is reached in any one billing period, downloads during peak and off-peak times are free, but connection speed is shaped down to 72kbps for remainder of billing month.
 
Service region This Grapevine plan is only available for use:
  1. On TransACT's network in the ACT and Queanbeyan; and
  2. with the following TransACT TransWEB BIZ packages 512kb/128kb, 1Mbps/256kbps, 2Mbps/512kbps, 3Mbps/1Mbps, 5Mbps/1Mpbs or 10Mbps/1Mbps services.

All charges are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. All plans are subject to Grapevine terms and conditions and acceptable use policy. TransACT connection fees are not included. *Peak times are between 7.00am and midnight daily. †Off-peak times are between midnight and 7.00am daily. All data downloads in the off-peak period are free. ‡The download measurement period is one month.

How do I sign up?

Signing up online will take around 5 minutes. You will need to:

Create a user profile

Select a username and password, and enter the required contact details for your new account.

Choose your direct debit payment method

You can choose from two options to pay for your Grapevine account.

  • direct debit from your credit card account
  • direct debit from your savings or cheque account. This method may take up to five working days.

The full amount of your Grapevine account payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card or savings/cheque account on the due date.

This will explain our terms and conditions of service and acceptable use policies.

Configure your account

Configure your new Grapevine ISP account through the Account manager tool.
