The following table outlines the key variable features of Grapevine broadband plans for business customers on the TransACT network. You must be connected to the TransACT network to receive the services from Grapevine. These features are to be read in conjunction with the service type, service description, service price, payment dates, general conditions, and special conditions, together with the terms and conditions of supplying the service, of which this service schedule is part.

- Permanent connection to the TransACT broadband network
- Business service — this means the end user can use the service for business use, including utilising routers or other connection sharing devices to connect to the internet.

| Time periods |
- Peak means time from 7.00am to midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
- Off-peak means from midnight to 7.00am AEST.
- Download measurement period is one month, measured from the commencement date and then each month thereafter.

| Service description |
- These Grapevine plans are available with the following TransACT TransWEB BIZ packages 512kb/128kb, 1Mbps/256kbps, 2Mbps/512kbps, 3Mbps/1Mbps, 5Mbps/1Mpbs or 10Mbps/1Mbps services.
- The available transmission speeds offered to the end user represent the maximum theoretical transmission speeds achievable under perfect conditions. Actual transmission speeds experienced by each end user may be less than the available transmission speeds as these speeds are affected by many factors beyond Grapevine's control, including (but not limited to) network congestion, internet congestion, packet overhead, TransACT service issues, and CPE capability.

- Storage capacity per mailbox — 10MB.
- Storage per web homepage — 20MB.
- One static IP address
- Maximum limit for web homepage content transfer — 500MB of data per month.
- Access to the internet is through a connection via the TransACT very high speed digital subscriber line network.
- Grapevine makes no guarantee or assurance as to the availability of the TransACT network. A connection contract must be arranged with TransACT and paid for by the end user.

| Service price |
- Fees for these plans are levied according to the standard fee and surcharges for each plan as described in the table above.
- Payment methods include direct debit via a valid credit card (excluding Amex and Diners Club) or a bank account acceptable to Grapevine.
- A $20.00 connection fee applies to all new accounts.
- Payments for the standard fee are levied and payable in advance starting on the commencement date and on each payment date thereafter. Payments for any excess usage are charged in arrears and billed with the next month's standard fee.
- Prices are GST inclusive.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Additional electronic storage data capacity per end user web homepage, over and above the storage limit of 20MB per month, will be charged at $2.50 per 20MB of storage per month.
- Email storage capacity over and above the storage limit of 50MB per month, will be charged at $2.50 per 10MB of storage per month.

- On commencement date and each subsequent month on the anniversary of the commencement date for the GVBiz plans.

| General conditions |
- Only one login at a time is permitted.
- The end user's use of the service must comply with the Grapevine acceptable use policy.
- The service may not be resold by the end user.

| Special conditions |
- To assist the protection of all Grapevine end users (for example, to reduce the occurrence of spam), where deemed applicable, Grapevine reserves the right to:
- limit the size of an email or attachment
- limit the number of recipients to an email
- restrict the use of email services where deemed inappropriate
- shape traffic from known file sharing sites to a maximum of 100kbps.
- Service and plans may be changed or withdrawn at any time by Grapevine.
