Activity limit	20 hours
Excess hourly surcharge	$2.50/hour payable monthly in arrears

Payment method	Direct Debit from either a valid credit card (excluding Diners and American Express) or savings/cheque account acceptable to Grapevine
Hours of access per billing period	Unlimited (first 20 included in plan price, additional hours charged at $2.50 per hour)
Session limit	5 hours per individual telecommunications session
Service type	Consumer service This means the end user may only use the service for residential personal use and not for any business, commercial or other purpose. These plans are not designed for continuous or permanent connection.

Storage capacity per mailbox	10MB
Web homepage	1
Storage per web homepage	10MB
Maximum limit for web homepage content transfer	500MB of data per month Note that web traffic attributed to the end user web homepage is metered separately to plan download limits.
Idle time limit	20 minutes
Modem pool	Access to the internet through a pool of available modems
Dial-up connection	Dial-up connection is only available through a standard PSTN (public switched telephone network) connection

All charges are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. All plans are subject to Grapevine terms and conditions and acceptable use policy. ‡The download measurement period is one month.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up online with our secure application process or call 13 35 00 — have your payment method details handy.

Signing up online will take around 5 minutes. You will need to:

	Create a user profile Select a username and password, and enter the required contact details for your new account.
	Choose your direct debit payment method You can choose from two options to pay for your Grapevine account. direct debit from your credit card account direct debit from your savings or cheque account. This method may take up to five working days. The full amount of your Grapevine account payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card or savings/cheque account on the due date.
	Read and agree to our Grapevine terms and conditions This will explain our terms and conditions of service and acceptable use policies.
	Configure your account Configure your new Grapevine ISP account through the Account manager tool.
