Staying connected
Assistance during financial hardship
We're here to help
We understand that at times our customers may face financial hardship and have difficulty paying their bills.
That's why Grapevine, through the Staying Connected program, can help get you back on track by:
- offering support and information on choosing a payment plan that suits your unique needs and situation
- providing practical tips and advice on reducing your service usage
- offering referral to other agencies that provide assistance and support for those experiencing financial hardship.
While you are a part of the Staying Connected program we will ensure that your services are maintained and that you are formally protected from further debt recovery actions.
