Best settings for viewing the site
The website is best viewed in a resolution of at least 1024 pixels by 768 pixels. The following articles are available regarding how to change your screen resolution.
Customer Centre
The Customer Centre panel is located on the right-hand side of the homepage. If you are an existing customer, you will find the most commonly used parts of the site.
General enquiry form – Contact us by using our online form.
Email – this gives you access to your email from a web browser (like Internet Explorer or Safari). If you would like some help regarding web mail, you can view the web mail user guide.
Account manager – You can review your usage, charges and manage account functions such as changing passwords.
Network status – This is where we will list issues that we may be experiencing with the network.
Technical support – Here you will find information on getting the best support.
Guides – This section contains guides on setting up your connection, email, and other service related activities.
FAQ – Answers to frequently asked questions.
Search
You can search Grapevine website at any time using the Search box located next to the Customer Centre panel.

- This icon represents a web page. You will be able to view this through your browser. External pages open in a new window. You can close or minimise the window at any time to return to the Grapevine website. |
